The Newest Edition to the Family

Our sister company, Fanny Bay Oysters, opened their first oyster bar in Vancouver, B.C. on June 23rd! The space is located just blocks from  B.C. Place, Vancouver’s main stadium and home of the Vancouver White Caps. In addition to a full service restaurant, the new space also operates as a shellfish market and a hub for future restaurant-direct sales in the Vancouver area. Compared to the Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bars, the Fanny Bay Oyster Bar has a more extensive menu, including a brunch service on the weekends and more non-shellfish offerings. Issac Martin Del Campo, the FB Oyster Bar General Manager, said he is “very excited to be part of the first tide to table restaurant in Vancouver.” Brian Yip, Vice-President of Fanny Bay Oysters, added “it has been great to hear all of the positive comments on the food and décor.
