Oyster Shooters

Boozy Oyster shooters
4-6 servings
- Ingredients for cocktail sauce:
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup grated horseradish
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- The juice from one lemon
- ¼ cup Demitri’s Bloody Mary Seasoning
Whisk the above ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and set aside, refrigerate if you’re immediately serving.
- For shooter assembly:
- A dozen shucked oysters
- 6 oz vodka, we used Crater Lake
- 1 lemon cut into wedges.
Shuck oysters and place two in a shot glass, top each shot glass with a dollop of homemade cocktail sauce, an ounce of vodka and a lemon wedge.
