Oyster Shooters

Boozy Oyster shooters

4-6 servings 

  • Ingredients for cocktail sauce: 
  • ½ cup ketchup 
  • ¼ cup grated horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • The juice from one lemon 
  • ¼ cup Demitri’s Bloody Mary Seasoning

Whisk the above ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and set aside, refrigerate if you’re immediately serving. 

  • For shooter assembly:
  • A dozen shucked oysters 
  • 6 oz vodka, we used Crater Lake 
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges. 

Shuck oysters and place two in a shot glass, top each shot glass with a dollop of homemade cocktail sauce, an ounce of vodka and a lemon wedge.
