Ekone Smoked Oyster Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cans Original Ekone Smoked Oysters
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Mexican Crema
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Chives for garnish
Directions
- Roughly chop the oysters.
- Combine remaining ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with kettle chips, crackers or fresh bread.
